when i was palying cafe world it always hangs and a pop up message saying virtual memory low. and now i don't know what should i change to the maximun and minimum page file.

you should try to clear your browser cache and try to play again

The best fix would be to simply upgrade your RAM. Not raise the page file size... that's only a band-aid on a solution.
It appears you only have 256mb of RAM, which is tiny by today's standards.
Even a 1 GB stick of RAM would do wonders for your machine.
