photo shop amnd other software will allow you to try different methods: reduce the resolution and/or storage type, number of colours etc. Hope that is what you mean.

You only need to select %26quot;My Pictures%26quot; and select all from the folder you want to burn to CD....Then Copy to CD.......

BUT - if any ONE of the pictures are too large (in memory size) you will find that they do not show on the TV. Answer is to %26quot;Compress%26quot; each slide until it is small enough (in memory size). You can do this individually or all at once via Microsoft Picture Manager if you have MS-Office. BUT...take a copy of them before you compress them otherwise you might get poor results if you want to enlarge them later on. DVD's seem to hang up if any ONE slide is bigger than 1.5 to 2 MB.

Additional - If your DVD doesn't allow you to show one picture after another (manually or timed) it is probably because the files are too large. If they are NOT then the show will go on.....

You only need to worry about the size if the %26quot;Slideshow%26quot; freezes up. It's then that you need to compress.

.
I use Nero to burn my pictures. You can change resolution and size with this one.
If you want it professionally done, i can do it for you
