well...if you do have a D-Drive its mostly used for back ups and system restores. you can do it but i don't recommend it at your tech level.
your best bet is to buy a new hard drive and format it. then plug in your old C drive can copy the files over.
you can buy a new 1 terabyte HDD for about 80-90 USD.
