How can I create a smaller PDF file in Nitro PDF Professional?

If I receive a small PDF file (300 KB) and make a few edits, when I create it as a PDF the file is always huge (11 MB). I have tried changing the conversion quality to %26quot;office ready%26quot; and %26quot;web ready%26quot; and the file size is still 10 MB. Does anyone know how I can print a PDF that is close to the original size of the file I received?
