Anyway to resize a file without changing the quality?

I want to send a song to my cell phone from my email address.. I know I can do it, but I got a failure notice saying that the message was to big for the phone to receive at once, and said I may be able to put it into several peices and send seperatly but I dont wanna do that. Is there anyway I can change the size of my music file so that it will go to the phone, but without making the quality lower?

Once you change a file's size, quality is going to decrease. Use a resizer and choose the optimum quality and acceptable size
