I make icons, and put them on a site called iconaotor.com, Sometimes I over do the animation a bit and the file gets to big for me to put on the site. Is there a way I can change the size of the file?

yes. just put it to compressor or zip software....
and surprise!!!!!!!!!! your file will be small memory but it is complete.....
