I think I know what you're asking. You want to resize the SWF. It takes a little time.
1. Go to the website where the SWF is
2. Right click and click View Page Source
3. Once the page source code is open, press Ctrl + F
4. When the find bar shows up, enter the text : .swf
5. It should show you a few words that end in .swf Depending on what your game is called, that should be what the SWF is called.
6. Copy the SWF link (e.g.examplehost.com/yourgamename.swf)
7. Paste the SWF link into your web address bar
8. Go to the website.
9. Then you should see your game or video
10. Resize the internet window to the size you want the SWF
You are finished! I hope this has helped with your problem, and it shouldn't effect the quality of the game or video.
