How do i shirnk a image file size? without converting to JPEG etc?

I need to change the file image size because it%26#039;s too large for uploading onto youtube. I%26#039;ve tried converting to png, gif, jpeg, but either the quality is ruined or it just doesn%26#039;t work still.

tip: click the + sign next to %26quot;quick resize%26quot; and select 75%, 50% or 25% smaller|||Make it smaller or use TIF.|||Without converting to other formats.. there is no way to reduce size.


Currently which format isit? There are different options in converting to jpeg , without loosing any pixel quality. you should know that how to do.. try it out.. or send me the current format u use.
