How do I change the size (8MB) in a PDF file, so I can email doc%26#039;s out. They need to be less than 2MB.|||Try Zipping the file!!!!
Right click on the pdf file and select send to compressed zip folder...
Then click on Yes...
You can also use other Zip programs for zipping your file..
You can go for Zip Genius or Winrar...|||for the best compression:
You need Adobe Acrobat Pro, get the trial version
then go to File %26gt; Reduce File Size
Also, you can extract pages, thus lowering the size
