Changing size of an animated gif file online?

I have some huge files and would like to put them on myspace but I guess they are too big for myspace to upload.|||Hi Gypsie,

You can use GIMP to scale the image size.

If you don%26#039;t have GIMP, you can get it here for free:

http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.h鈥?/a>

Once you have it installed, open your image in GIMP

RIGHT-CLICK on the image once it is open and select

Image -%26gt; Scale Image

Reduce the dimensions of the image%26#039;s pixel values

Re-save the image and save as an animated gif

Resizing the image reduces the file size.

You can also try indexing the image, but you might lose color depth. Indexed gif images result in smaller file sizes.

Best of luck,
