Once you have given it a name and chosen a location for saving it, a dialog box similar to the Print one will show - go to the Compression tab and enter your values.
If you need to reduce the size of the pdf file, you can do so in Acrobat - open the pdf file and go to menu Advanced%26gt;PDF Optimizer where you can perform a number of tasks that may reduce the size of your file.
Alternatively use File%26gt;Reduce File Size. This will strip out any unnecessary information but may affect the quality of some images. I have found it a very effective way of reducing the file size and have not personally experienced any problems with images as a result of this, but thought I%26#039;d mention it just as a warning!
